Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NairaRain, a daily lottery service-offering participant the chance to win daily cash prizes through fair and transparent draws. By participating, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• The lottery is open to residents of Nigeria.
• Employees, agents, or affiliates of Do Media limited and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate

2. How to Play

• Entries must be completed before 5:59 PM each day to qualify for that day’s draw.
• Any entries received after 5:59 PM will be automatically entered into the next day’s draw.
• Each valid entry will be assigned a unique ticket number.
• Participants may enter multiple times per day unless otherwise stated.

3. Draw and Winner Selection

• Daily draws are conducted every day at 5:59 PM.
• Winners are selected randomly using an automated, fair, and verifiable system.
• The decision of Do Media Limited regarding winners is final and binding.

4. Prizes

• Each winner receives a ₦10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira) instant cash payout.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
• Winners will be notified via SMS or the platform used to enter the draw.

5. Prize Disbursement and Cash-Out Policy

Payment of Winnings

Verified winners shall be entitled to receive payment of their winnings immediately upon confirmation of their winning status, as communicated via the official winning confirmation SMS. Disbursement of such winnings shall be executed through the designated cash-out process.

Authorized Payment Channels

All payments shall be effected exclusively through approved payment channels, via bank transfers. The Company reserves the right to modify or update the list of approved payment channels as may be necessary, provided that such changes are duly communicated to users.

Accuracy of Payment Information

It is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure that all payment details provided during the cash-out process are accurate, complete, and valid. The Company shall not be held liable for any delays, failed transactions, or non-receipt of funds arising from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid payment information provided by the winner.

Cash-Out Validity Period

Winners are required to initiate and complete the cash-out process within one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from the date of issuance of the winning confirmation SMS. Failure to initiate cash-out within the stipulated period shall render the prize void.

Forfeiture of Unclaimed Prizes

Any prize not claimed or cashed out within the aforementioned 180-day validity period shall be deemed forfeited, and the winner shall lose all rights, title, and interest in the said prize. Such unclaimed prizes shall revert to the Company or be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulatory provisions.

6. Fraud and Disqualification

• Do Media Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud or tampering intended to manipulate results.
• Any such entries will be void without notice.

7. Liability

• Do Media Limited shall not be held responsible for technical failures or network issues affecting entry submission.
• Incorrect participant details leading to payment failure.
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the lottery.

8. Privacy

• Participant data is collected solely for the purpose of operating the lottery and processing payouts.
• Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

9. Amendments

• Do Media Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the lottery or these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State.
